“Ocean 3D engaged and consulted with a number of key stakeholders including respective schools and colleges’ SEND teams, The National Autistic Society and Plymouth University. The latter being engaged to undertake independent end-user focus groups to establish usability, needs and potential future developmental improvements to the tours. The report was compiled by Dr Nicole Thomas (Research Fellow in eHealth) and Dr Amy Rathbone (Research Assistant in eHealth).

Multi-award winning Weston College and a UK SEND Centre of Excellence was the first college in the UK to commission an interactive tour of its facilities in 2018 by Ocean 3D.
