**Floor area information. For example, if you have a two storey building with 500M² on each floor, you want both floors to feature in the interactive tour but no outside space to be included, you should enter 1,000 in the box below. Hint: It's better to be a little over than under when entering M². We also need to know if the area to be scanned might need extra scan positions. For example, an empty corridor only needs a few scan positions however, a museum corridor of the same dimensions containing lots of exhibits may need many more scan positions to capture all of the exhibits. If you do not know your floor area, use Google Earths measure tool for your location footprint. Links below. Alternatively, many locations have a publicly available mandatory Energy Performance Certificate or AC certificate which has a highly accurate measurement of a buildings total floor area.

*Ocean 3D is proud to be a ‘small-print’ free business: The year one cost statement is based on a single, typical sized interactive tour of under 1,000M² scanned area located within 150 miles of our HQ, uploaded to Google maps, fully annotated, with 12 months hosting, support, detailed monthly user Google Analytics reports and additional social media and press promotion by Ocean 3D. Year two and subsequent years hosting and support costs are currently £175 Per Annum and £265 Per Annum billed annually or, monthly with a 12 month contract. We are also offering all clients who have a tour created by and published by us before 01/04/2024, the opportunity to lock-in this years prices for up to five years.
